Admission to the Center
Woods Hollow is open to the general public and is full time only. Enrollment preference will be given to the children of Sponsoring Organization employees, in accordance with contractual agreements between WHCC and each Sponsoring Organization, and to families with currently enrolled children.
Woods Hollow does accept county (W-2) funding.
The Administration will determine openings for each group, taking into consideration both size and age composition of the current group of children.
Families may apply to enroll their children by completing an Enrollment Application and submitting a non-refundable $50 application fee. New enrollees pay a $250 confirmation fee once a spot has been offered which is refunded as a tuition credit after 3 months of attendance. This fee holds the spot until the agreed upon start date. It is forfeited if the child does not attend the Center or if they leave before the 3 months.
When all slots are filled for a given group, a waiting list is established. The application form and $50 fee are required to place your child on the waiting list.
- Woods Hollow is open 7:30 am-5:30 p.m. Monday through Friday, year round.
- A child may attend for no more than 10 hours per day.
- All enrollment is full time, five full days per week.
- School age drop-in care may be available as space allows during the school year.
Ages of Children
Woods Hollow serves children in the following (approximate) age groups. Ratios and group sizes are set up by room and age group. Each room has a specific birth date range set up for each Program Year.
It is strongly encouraged that families schedule a tour/ visit to see the environment and meet the staff prior to enrollment.
